As a kid, Adam liked to take things apart and see how they worked.\u00a0 With an aptitude for math and science, Adam studied Electrical Engineering in college and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science at Binghamton University.\u00a0 He also successfully completed Part I of the Professional Engineering licensing examination.<\/p>

Following college, Adam attended Albany Law School, during which he worked for the Office of the Attorney General of New York – Consumer Frauds and Protection and the New York State Thruway Authority\/New York State Canal Corporation.\u00a0 He earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1998.\u00a0 Adam is admitted to practice law in State Courts of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.\u00a0 Although previously admitted to the Bars of Connecticut and Washington, D.C., Adam chose to focus his practice of law in New York.<\/p>

Out of law school, Adam worked for a litigation law firm in Orange County, New York, where he concentrated in the areas of plaintiff and defense personal injury, plaintiff and defense products liability and plaintiff medical malpractice.\u00a0 Thereafter, Adam dedicated his career to advocating on behalf of injured plaintiffs.<\/p>

Adam started working with Anthony more than 25 years ago, and they have been partners since 2013.\u00a0 He is involved in all areas of the firm’s practice, and all phases of the litigation process.\u00a0 Reviewing medical records and expert responses, along with drafting and researching motions for the firm is primarily done or reviewed by Adam.\u00a0 If there is a needle in a haystack to be found, Adam will find it.<\/p>

With his \u201cnon-traditional\u201d background, Adam brings a unique perspective to the prosecution of cases.\u00a0 He applies his enthusiasm for the analytical process of breaking things down to figure them out to the practice of law.\u00a0 By breaking down the facts and analyzing the applicable law, Adam gains a better understanding which he uses when advocating for clients.\u00a0 Additionally, he is able to utilize his math, science and engineering background when communicating with experts, such as engineers, doctors and economists.<\/p>

In 2019-2025, Adam was selected for inclusion in the New York – Metro (NY City, Long Island and Westchester) Super Lawyers\u00ae list.\u00a0 In 2020-2026, Adam was selected as a Member of the Westchester County Bar Association Judicial Screening Committee. Adam was also included in Hudson Valley Magazine’s Top Lawyers of 2025 and 2026.<\/p>

Adam is a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA), Westchester County Bar Association, Justice Brandeis Law Society 9th Judicial District and American Association for Justice.
