Anthony Pirrotti, Jr. spearheads our litigation concerning Personal Injury (incidents/accidents concerning: construction, automobile and slip/trip and fall), Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, and Products Liability, as well as significant Contract Dispute Litigation.
Anthony is 61 years old and his overall success in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Products Liability cases is better than 95% for more than 35 years, earning for his clients more than $172,000,000.00 in approved settlements and verdicts! These statistics are even more impressive given the fact that a majority of Personal Injury cases and Medical Malpractice cases, brought in most counties, result in defense verdicts or dismissals.
Anthony was selected for inclusion in New York – Metro (NY City, Long Island and Westchester) Super Lawyers® Top 100 in 2021-2025, Super Lawyers® Top 25 in Westchester in 2012-2025 and New York – Metro Super Lawyers® (only 5% of New York Metro attorneys were selected) in 2007, 2010-2025, as published in New York Times Magazine, Westchester Magazine and NY Super Lawyers® Metro Edition. He was also recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® 2024-2026 for work in Medical Malpractice Law – Plaintiffs. Anthony was also included in Hudson Valley Magazine’s Top Lawyers of 2024-2026.
Additionally, Anthony was selected to serve as the Affiliate President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (“NYSTLA”), Westchester Region, from 2011-2026. His significant involvement with NYSTLA, its 3,000+ members and developing and lecturing at Continuing Legal Education courses for attorneys, lead to Anthony being on the Executive Board and appointed as one of thirteen “Deans” of NYSTLI 2015-2026.
Anthony is passionate about sharing and educating other Judges, Lawyers, and Law Students to be the best they can be.
Anthony was bestowed the honor of being appointed to lecture to New York State Judges by the Dean of the Judicial Institute, Hon. Kathie Davidson, in January 2022 concerning “Presiding Over Civil Jury Trials”. Thereafter, Anthony was asked to help create, co-author, lecture and perform “live” as the plaintiff’s Trial Lawyer to simulate what happens during a Trial, in a 7 Part Video-taped series, concerning Pre-Trial matters to Summation, entitled “Jury Trial Simulation Series”. The basis of the series was an actual Trial in which Anthony was the plaintiff’s Trial Attorney. Anthony works with the Judicial Institute’s Dean and Assistant Deputy Counsel, along with two incredible Jurists and defense attorney per Module to make this lecture and simulation series the best it can be for our State’s Judges.
He was also bestowed the Honor and Privilege to be a Co-Chair of the “Gary Pillersdorf’s Advanced Bootcamp for Lawyers” since 2018. Mr. Pillersdorf was one of the Best Trial Lawyers in the Nation. Additionally, Anthony has taught Continuing Legal Education courses for New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Pace Law School, Westchester County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. Several times a year, Anthony devotes time to teaching Lawyers Trial Practice in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases, and annually educates Lawyers Statewide on the latest case law concerning “Pleadings & Filings”.
Anthony is married for over three decades and has one daughter. Anthony is a Dean’s List graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts degree; holds a Juris Doctor degree from Pace University Law School since 1990 (and was one of about thirty-one members of the School’s “Board of Visitors” until 2024); and was one of the first Americans to serve as a Marshal to a High Court Judge of the Royal Courts of Justice in England. Anthony was a Trial Attorney in defense litigation from 1990 to 1993 in all five boroughs of New York City. He received a Diploma from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 1992. He also served as an International Moot Court Arbitrator in Vienna, Austria in April, 1997.
Anthony has the reputation of being a “superior advocate”, extremely prepared and a passionate Attorney when conducting depositions of witnesses (no stone unturned and in a medical malpractice case, he will know the Medicine as well as the Physician and know your Chart inside and out), and an excellent Trial Attorney, as evidenced by his numerous successful jury verdicts and settlements. Anthony is proud to state that the overall Law Firm’s team effort is what causes great results for the firm’s clients; not one singular person.
Anthony is admitted to practice law in New York State Courts, the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts, and the Supreme Court of the United States, in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA), Westchester County Bar Association, Columbian (Italian) Lawyers Association, Westchester Black Bar Association, and American Association for Justice.
